1. The user agrees to obtain the ROO VPN software from official channels and use the ROO VPN service; bear all losses and responsibilities caused by this, including but not limited to: loss of account password, account disputes with others, etc.

① You understand that you are responsible for keeping your ROO VPN account information confidential. You may not share your password or other account access information with any other party temporarily or permanently, and you agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account, username or password (as the case may be).
② If there is an account ownership dispute between users, ROO VPN will make an independent judgment based on the initial personal registration data. If the personal information is untrue, incomplete or the real owner cannot be determined, the ROO VPN team has the right to manage the disputed account. The relevant losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
③ Once a virtual product is sold, it is deemed to accept our terms of service. The company does not accept any unreasonable refunds.
④ If the user's account has not been used for a long time, ROO VPN has the right to manage the account.
⑤ The user acknowledges and agrees that our account allows deletion. After choosing to delete the account, all associated data will be permanently deleted and the account cannot be restored. ⑤ Do not use the software to send spam, port scans, scan open proxies or open relays, send opt-in emails, unsolicited emails, or bulk send any type or version of email, even if the email is ultimately sent from another server.
⑥ You may not use the service to host any of the following websites, other content, website links or advertisements: Infringement of any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third-party information.
⑦ You may not cause any potential harm to the stability of ROO VPN, network security and other users' experience (including but not limited to): Attempting to use ROO VPN to explore or attack other people's networks; Attempting to abuse various third-party network services; Attempting to use ROO VPN to send a large number of spam; Attempting to explore and analyze the communication protocol of ROO VPN; Causing the network to be occupied for a long time and exceeding the system threshold, etc. Unlimited use only applies to normal usage habits.
2. Users are responsible for knowing and understanding any and all relevant laws of any jurisdiction or location related to you and your behavior. ROO VPN is not responsible for the actions of its users in any way or form, including criminal liability and civil liability for executed or unexecuted damages, exceeding any amount paid to ROO VPN by a specific individual for its services. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or Terms may result in the termination of your account and the amount previously paid for the service will not be refunded. Any changes in pricing will not affect the Subscriber's current Subscription Term and will take effect upon Subscription renewal. ROO VPN has the right to terminate the Service to a User who refuses to pay or defaults on payments.
